Downgrade to upgrade

September 21st, 2008 at 06:08 pm

I have yet to be able to bring myself to entirely cancel my cable subscription, but I did just downgrade to the most basic of plans.

This month has been a hard month when it came to saving some cash and paying back debt, but for some reason I feel like I'm finally beginning to be in control of my financial life.

I'm off for a lovely Sunday afternoon nap.

I like as well. I have officially caught up on all the most recent episodes of Grey's Anatomy and The Office, preparing for them to start showing new ones.

BF & I don't have cable. It was less of a deal to me, I guess because I grew up without it until I was about 13. Then when I moved into an apartment on my own, I didn't want to pay for it! We get two free channels - NBC and a public education station (similar to PBS). It's not as bad as you think! Smile
